Victim Services

Victim Services at the Richland County Juvenile Court is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by juvenile crime. The program ensures that victims are fully informed of their rights under Ohio law and provides guidance throughout the judicial process.

Victim Services also ensures that the Court is aware of the emotional, financial, and personal impact of the offense on victims and their families. By offering education, advocacy, and support, the program empowers victims, amplifies their voices in court proceedings, and contributes to a fair, transparent, and responsive justice process.
